Photography, for me, is like how I see, feel and think of the world around me. Photography is an art of affection, and it also is a type of language. Photography changed and expanded our notion of what is worth seeing and what we have the right to see. What I like about photography is documenting the real-life story. My work is around diaspora and nostalgia to explore my identity, belonging, self-searching, and photography's nature.
